This structure ensures long-term occupancy rights without the need for company setup. Tenants can transfer or sublet the lease without prior consent. The lease fee is 60,000 THB per year, with a 2% annual increase, payable annually. Buyers will receive a legally binding lease contract and assistance with the building permit application.
