Iremia Residence offers a secure leasehold ownership option with an initial 30-year lease term, registered at the Land Office. At the end of the lease, renewal for an additional 30 years is available, subject to applicable laws and the standard re-registration process. This structure provides long-term occupancy rights without the need for company setup. Tenants can transfer or sublet the lease without prior consent.
The lease fee is 60,000 THB per year, with a 2% annual increase, payable annually. Buyers will receive a legally binding lease contract along with full assistance for the building permit application.
